Hi everyone.
Last night's giig went well. It started shaky with the first song (ended up having blanks on a song I've sang about a hundred time in the last year) but went totally great afterward. Night where I'm tired I normally kind of get into my bubble and perform well but I'm not as much with the crowd as needed but last night after the shaky start I decided that I would look at every single person (around 60 persons) at least for a few seconds each and ended up connecting with the crowd a lot.(especially the girls [img]smile.gif[/img] )

The place was sickly hot though the air conditioner system blew up in the afternoon... I'm normally a guy that sweats but rarely ends up with my face looking like Niagara falls during the first song...

Ha ha! That's a hoot Andy. I hope you don't all rip the book in half fighting over it. I'm reading all the books over again, hopefully I'll be finishing the fifth book like the day before I get the sixth. I asked for it for my birthday, but my birthday isn't until the middle of august, so I've begged to get it as an early present. I think I'm boarderline unhealthy-obsessed. I'll be sad when it's all over.

Hey, the Pappys!! Evil Chris and I have Snicket on the way from Netflix - not expecting miracles with it, just some decent entertainment. I've read through book 11 of the Snicketseries. Like you said, good but no Harry Potter. Speaking of which, I've had my copy of HBP on pre-order from Amazon since December! slytherin

Wow, I had no idea there were that many unfortunate books. After seeing the movie, I wouldn't mind reading those books.
BTW, I think the half blood prince will be the book where Snape cracks and finally becomes a nice guy. Maybe Harry will even go live with him. [img]wink.gif[/img] [img]wink.gif[/img]

Yeah, there are 11. The movie was a combination of things from 1-3.

As for Snape, don't get me started! I'm convinced that he has always been working with Dumbledore, even when he "became" a Death Eater the first time. It only makes sense he has to behave the way he does toward the Griffyndors - and Harry particularly - to keep up the front for his "fellow" Death Eaters so he can get close enough to them to get the inside info for the good guys.
